Monthly website support

Thankfully these days small businesses don’t have to pay a 3rd party web developer to update their website. With great systems like WordPress most of this maintenance can be done by the business owner. However there is still areas where having a technical expert on board is a huge benefit. Our clients don’t have to pay a high hourly rate everything they want some expert assistance because of our great value support offerings.

We offer 2 monthly support plans that enable our clients to manage the 90% of their websites and lean on us for support with the rest.

Basic plan
$25 / month + GST

• We upgrade your site to the latest version of WordPress when released to keep it secure.
• We provide live chat, phone or email support in using your site during business hours.
• We provide a reduced hourly rate for general web work ($90 instead of $120).
• We offer priority treatment for hourly web work whereby our support clients are looked after first.

Premium plan
$45 / month + GST

• We offer all of the  features of the basic plan.
• We provide up to one hour each month of web work (on request).
• The hour can be used for any kind of web design / development work but does not accumulate if unused.
